For large orders, we will discuss your delivery date when you confirm your order.
Standard orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Either Tracked 24, Tracked 48, Special Delivery and International Tracked and Signed. Larger orders are dispatched via courier, depending on size of your parcel.

For order value under £100.00 – postage cost is £4.95 sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
For orders over the value of £100.00 – postage cost is £10.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery
Large orders under 2kg are £10.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery
Large orders from 2kg – 10kg are £25.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery
EU Delivery – sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service
For orders up to the value of £25.00 – Postage cost £10
For orders from £25 – £55 – Postage cost £20
For orders £55 – £100 – Postage cost £30
For orders more than £100 – please contact us for a quote for delivery.
Rest of the world Delivery – sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service
For orders up to the value of £50 – Postage £10
For orders £50 – £100 – Postage £20
For orders over the value of £100 – please contact for a quote for delivery.
Returns
Personalised, bespoke or items made to your own requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty. Please notify us within seven days of delivery of any problems. We will the refund or replace your item.
We hope it never happens, but if you are unhappy with non- personalised, bespoke or made to order items, please contact us as soon as possible to organise the return and refund of your order. You will need to cover postage charges to return your order and then we will give a full refund. You need to contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.
