FAQ
All our products are made to order. With this in mind, our standard processing time is 7 – 10 days + shipping time. However, at busy times this could be slightly longer.
Please check the pop up notice on our website to see our current dispatch time.
UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, 48, Special Delivery and DHL Express.
International Orders are sent via DHL Express. We can not take responsibility for delays going via customs.
Usually, it is no problem to dispatch orders quicker – please email to discuss details. hello@extraspecialtouch.co.uk
For standard orders, we do not send out proofs before your item is made.
Please make sure you are happy with your wording when you place your order, as we do not check spellings, grammar etc. You will receive a confirmation email of your order and you can check any personalisation details on there. If you notice any mistakes, let us know as soon as possible so we can amend your details. Sometimes, we may have already made your order as to your details, so they can not be re-made without an extra charge.
Worldwide Shipping
We are happy to ship our handkerchiefs, ribbons and gifts all over the world, however all orders that are delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs / tax duties. You will have to pay your own countries VAT / Customs fees via our courier before your order is delivered. You can contact your local customs office for more information.
European union
There are new VAT requirements for UK to EU orders, which we need to make you aware of. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
