What is the last date I can order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?
Please place orders by 10th December for UK delivery.
For outside the UK by 1st December for standard delivery, or message us for express delivery quote.
Do I have to pay customs charges if I'm outside the UK?
We are happy to ship our napkins, ribbons and gifts all over the world, however all orders that are delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs / tax duties. You will have to pay your own countries VAT / Customs fees via our courier before your order is delivered. You can contact your local customs office for more information.
There are new VAT requirements for UK to EU orders, which we need to make you aware of. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. You can contact your local customs office for more information or you may find the information you need from this Taxation & Customs Factsheet, and the Taxation & Customs Union website.

How are orders dispatched?
UK Orders under £100 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
UK Orders over £100 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, and usually take between 10 – 14 working days. We can not take responsibility for delays going via customs.
Can I upgrade my shipping?

Will I receive a proof of my order before it is made?
For standard orders, we do not send out proofs before your item is made.
Please make sure you are happy with your wording when you place your order, as we do not check spellings, grammar etc. You will receive a confirmation email of your order and you can check any personalisation details on there. If you notice any mistakes, let us know as soon as possible so we can amend your details. Sometimes, we may have already made your order as to your details, so they can not be re-made without an extra charge.
For large orders of napkins, with custom design details – we will email you a digital proof, which needs to be approved via email before we make your bulk order.
